中医特色疗法治疗膝关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨中医特色疗法治疗膝关节炎的疗效。方法：将63例膝关节炎患者随机分为治疗组（33例）和对照组（30例），治疗组采用中药熏洗、针灸等中医特色疗法治疗，对照组则服用布洛芬胶囊配合扶他林乳剂外搽，观察两组临床疗效。结果：两组总有效率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：中医特色疗法治疗膝关节炎可显著缓解肿痛、改善功能，疗效可靠。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of typical TCM therapy for gonarthritis. Methods：63 cases of gonarthritis patients were randomly di-vided into treatment group （33 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the treatment group treated by typical TCM therapy such as herbal fumigation and acupuncture, while control group by orally taking ibuprofen capsules combined with external using voltaren emulsion, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results：There was no significant difference between the total effective rate of two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Treating gonarthritis by typi-cal TCM therapy can significantly improve the swelling and function, and its efficacy is reliable.
