膨胀止血海绵在鼻内镜术后鼻腔填塞中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨膨胀止血海绵在鼻腔鼻窦术后鼻腔填塞中的临床效果。方法将63例鼻内镜手术患者随机分组,术后分别行凡士林纱条(对照组)和膨胀止血海绵填塞(观察组),比较两组鼻腔填塞后疼痛、全身反应情况、抽取出填塞物时鼻腔出血量及鼻腔黏膜充血肿胀情况。结果膨胀止血海绵组的填塞期鼻腔疼痛和(或)头疼轻,全身反应小,抽取出填塞物时鼻腔出血量及鼻腔黏膜充血肿胀情况均比凡士林纱条组轻。结论膨胀止血海绵是一种较好的鼻腔鼻窦术后理想的鼻腔填塞材料,明显优于凡士林沙条。Objective To study the clinical effects of the hemostatic sponge as nasal packings in the cases of nasal sinus surgery. methods divide 63 patients of into two groups randomly, vaseline gauze is a group , inflation hemostatic sponge is the oth-er, compare the ache and whole body reaction effect as well as the differences of the nasal blooding volume and the nasal mucosal hyperemia swelling after the nasal packings are drawn out. Results The patients of the inflation hemostatic sponge is applied are observed with less nasal and head ache and withminor whole body reaction than that of vaseline gauzes are applied. Conclusion na-sal packing stuff used after the nasal surgery ,the inflation hemostatic sponge is obviously better than vaseline gauze ones.
