不同途径药物溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨不同途径治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的方法及疗效。方法本组97例病例,28例经患肢足背静脉用药;37例选择患肢静脉置管溶栓;32例采取上肢外周静脉用药;结果 97例中显效71例,有效25例,无效1例,死亡0例。显效率为73.19%,总有效率为98.96%。结论多途径治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成,针对患者的不同情况优选适合其方案,有很好的临床效果。Objective To explore the procedures and therapeutic effect of different treatment of lower extremity deep ve-nous thrombosis. Methods 97 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were included. 28 Cases were treated by intrave-nous injection via dorsalis pedis vein of the involved lower limb;37 cases were treated by catheter directed thrombolysis via trans-popliteavenous;32 Cases were treated by intravenous injection via vein of the upper limb Result Among the 97 cases,71 cases with significant efficacy,25 cases with efficacy,and 1 cases with no efficacy. the total effective rate was 98. 96%, Conclu-sion Comprehensive use of muti-approach treatment of deep vein thrombosis according to patients indication, have a good clinic effect.
