摘 要:目的了解福田区流感流行动态及流感病毒毒株的变异情况,为流感的防治提供科学依据。方法每周统计监测点流感样病例(ILI)数据,采集流感样病例鼻咽拭子标本,采用MDCK细胞进行流感病毒分离,采用血凝抑制实验进行流感病毒型别的鉴定。结果 2010-2012年共监测到流感样病例18 605例,占监测门诊总数的3.49%;分离阳性毒株201份,分离率23.67%,各年度ILI%趋势与病毒分离率一致;发生暴发疫情65宗,主要发生在中小学和托幼机构。结论福田区流感流行高峰在5~7月,各亚型交替出现,应进一步加强流感的监测工作。Objective To understand the dynamic epidemiologic characteristics of influenza and the variation of influenza virus strains in Futian district,Shenzhen,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment measures. Methods Influenza-like illness( ILI) data were collected from monitoring hospitals weekly and nasopharyngeal swab samples of influenza were analyzed with MDCK cells to isolate influenza virus,and hemagglutination inhibition experiments were conducted to distinguish influenza virus type. Results Altogether18 605 surveillance cases of influenza-like illness were surveyed during 2010-2012,accounting for 3.49% of total monitoring out-patient; 201 influenza strains were isolated with an isolation rate of 23.67%; the annual trend of ILI% was consistent with the trend of virus isolation rate; 65 epidemic outbreaks occurred,mainly in schools and nurseries. Conclusion The peak period of influenza in Futian district of Shenzhen is from May to July and the influenza virus subtypes are alternating. Monitoring measures towards influenza should be more strengthened in future.
