两种泵功图量油方法的数学模型及其应用比较

摘  要:针对国内油田采用小站计量模式无法满足油井自动化精确量油的缺点,选择有效冲程模型和改进的液量迭代模型,采用泵功图进行产液量计算,并用MATLAB编制了一套根据泵功图计算产液量的程序。在有效冲程模型中,通过对泵功图进行预处理,建立曲率计算模型确定阀门开闭点,得到有效冲程;在改进的液量迭代模型中,将传统的液量迭代模型与有效冲程相结合,用GETDATA软件对泵功图进行预处理,并考虑漏失的影响计算产液量。依据胜利油田单级和多级螺杆泵实测数据,用两个模型分别计算产液量,结果表明改进的液量迭代模型比有效冲程模型更接近实际值。The station oilyield measurement mode applied in domestic oilfields can not meet requirements of oil well automatic and precise measurement. The refore,the effective stroke modeland the improved liquid volume iterative modelare chosen and combined with pump dynamograph,and a set of program relative to these models is prepared using MATLAB. In the effective stroke model, through pretreating the pump dynamograph and building curvature computing model,the valve opening and closing points are determined and the effective stroke is obtained. In the improved liquid volume iterative model,the conventional liquid volume iterative model and the effective stroke are combined to calculate liquid production rate in consideration of impact of dripping,and GETDATA software is used to pretreat the pump dynamograph. Based on the test data of single screw pump and multi-screw pump in Shengli Oilfield,comparison between the results of liquid production rate from the two models comes to the conclusion that the improved liquid volume iterative modelis closerto actualvalue than the effective stroke model.
