摘　　要：我国是藻类生产大国,褐藻是开发最多的种类,占藻类总产量的75%。褐藻提取物(褐藻胶及其寡糖、海带淀粉和褐藻糖胶)已作为一种潜在的绿色饲料添加剂应用于畜禽生产中,文章详细综述了褐藻提取物对猪、鸡生长性能,机体免疫,肠道内环境和营养消化率等方面的影响。Our country is the largest producer of algae, and brown algae are the most developed spe- cies, accounting for 75% of total production of algae. Brown algae extracts （alginate, alginate oligosac- charides, laminaran and fucoidan） have been used as potential green feed additives in animal produc- tion. This paper summarizes the effects of brown algae extracts on swine and chicken growth perfor- mance, immune status, intestinal micro-environment, nutrient digestibility and so on.
