单机架冷轧机断带原因分析及控制策略

摘　　要：莱钢冷轧生产线在生产过程中,由于各种原因引起的断带频繁发生,造成断带事故难处理,损失大,设备破坏严重。本文通过对断带情况和规律进行分析,找出了发生断带的主要原因并积极采取一定的预防措施。实施后,生产效率大幅提升,生产成本大大降低,取得了较好的效果。During the production of Laiwu Steel＇s cold rolling line, coils broken frequently happened due to various reasons. It causes production loss heavily, the production machines damages seriously. This article through the analysis of the conditions and regularity of coils broken, found out the main reasons which caused coils broken, and positively pro- posed preventive measures. After the measures having been taken in the cold rolling production, the production effi- ciency advanced substantially, production cost decreased obviously. It gets fairly good results.
