摘　　要：通过对我国全民阅读活动现状的分析以及存在的不足,提出在"云"环境下,我国开展全民阅读活动必须要在强化政府宏观控制、全媒体舆论宣传、精品阅读资源建设、"云"自助服务体系、基层组织建设、阅读活动策划等几个方面下功夫,以便形成良好的全民阅读活动机制。Through analysis the current situation of National Reading Activities, our National Reading Activities must be carried out to strengthen the government＇s macro-control, all media propaganda, boutique reading resources building, ＂cloud＂ Self-Service several aspects of the system, grassroots organizations, reading activities such as planning efforts in order to form a good mechanism for universal reading activities.
