摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速增长和人民生活水平的提高,改善物质与生活条件和营造出满足精神所需的居住环境气氛是人们提高生活质量的新需求,也成为当前一种趋势和时尚.为此,人们普遍重视装修形式的新颖与材料设备的选择风格,却往往忽视违规装修引起的安全问题.由于缺乏装修知识及安全意识,忽视房屋结构的整体性、耐久性及抗震性,根据个人意愿肆意改拆,从而导致各种事故和安全隐患日趋严重.鉴于上述情况,本文详实地分析不规范装修行为及其带来的危害,揭示其产生的原因,提出改进当前违规装饰装修的具体措施,为推进我国房屋装饰装修行业的健康发展,延长建筑使用寿命、保障人们身心健康和安全具有重要意义.In recent years, people＇ s spiritual needs to produce living atmosphere is people to raise new requirement of quality of life, has become a trend and fashion. Meanwhile, all kinds of decorate accidents happen again and a- gain, and the danger caused to people＇ s safety of life and property is shocking. The pollution leaded to Renovation material has attracted general attention of people, but structure safe problem caused to fit up is often ignored. Be- cause, at present, some residents lack of enough knowledge on constructing and building structure, and they decorate and rebuild the existing houses according to their own needs while neglecting the requirement for entirety, durabili- ty, earthquake - resistant. Thus it is becoming more serious to cause various kinds of house accidents and potential safety hazards. In view of this, the thesis has analyzed in detail to cause the unstandard reason which fits up the be- havior. Research work of thesis analyze in depth unstandard decoration behavior and reasonable countermeasure ex- isting at present. So this thesis has important realistic meanings in construction, advancing health development of our country decoration industry, lengthen the using life, safeguard people＇ s health and safety.
