摘  要:构建了新型混合级联多电平换流器(hybrid cascaded multilevel converter,HCMC)型静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)(即HCMC-STATCOM)的拓扑结构,并分析其工作原理,对两电平换流器直流电压和整形电路H桥子模块个数进行了优化设计。为实现两电平换流器和整形电路的协调控制及电容电压稳定控制,研究了两电平换流器和整形电路的调制策略,并提出了一种有效的控制方案。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台上搭建了35 k V/±100 Mvar HCMC-STATCOM仿真模型,仿真结果表明了HCMC-STATCOM拓扑结构及其工作原理的可行性和控制方案的有效性。The topological structure of a novel hybrid cascaded multilevel converter(HCMC) based static synchronous compensator(STATCOM),namely the HCMC-STATCOM,is constructed and its working principle is analyzed,and the optimization design of the DC voltage of two-level converter and the number of H-bridge submodules of the wave-shaping circuit(WSC) is carried out.To implement the coordinated control of two-level converter with WSC and the stable control of capacitor voltage,the modulation strategy for two-level converter and WSC is researched,and an effective control scheme is put forward.On PSCAD/EMTDC based simulation platform a simulation model for 35 kV HCMC-STATCOM with capacity of ±100Mvar is set up,and simulation results show that both the topological structure and the working principle of the proposed HCMC-STATCOM are feasible,and the proposed control scheme is effective.
