摘  要:针对建筑节能改造工程的特点,施工时增加基层处理、镀锌电焊网抹灰找平层等工序,采用托、粘、锚相结合的保温板安装方式,辅以窗口处理、加强锚栓、空腔节点渗漏等细部做法,解决了既有建筑节能改造施工技术难题。为老旧住宅节能改造工作提供技术支持。Considering the characteristics of energy-saving building reconstruction project, several construction processes are added, such as substratum treatment, plastering and leveling on galvanized welded mesh, etc. Heat insulation panels are installed by using combined techniques, including joisting, sticking and anchorage, as well as some detail treatments, such as window treatment, anchorage strengthening, prevention of cavity node leakage, etc., to solve the technical difficulties in energy-saving reconstruction of existing building, providng technical references for fast promotion of energy-saving reconstruction of existing old buildings in the future.
