宫颈电灼术联合壳聚糖生物高分子止血吸附栓(艾立舒)治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察宫颈电灼术联合壳聚糖生物高分子止血吸附栓(艾立舒)治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法将200例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组在电灼术后即放置艾立舒;对照组术后未局部用药。结果治疗组组术后阴道排液量及出血量均较对照组少,阴道排液时间及出血时间均较对照组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义。治疗组术后4周及8周的总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论宫颈电灼术联合艾立舒治疗慢性宫颈炎,疗效显著,能够显著减少阴道排液、出血量,缩短阴道排液及出血时间,未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ealesu in combination of electrocautery therapy treating cervical erosion.Methods A total of 200 subjects with cervical erosion were randomized into two groups.All subjects received electrocautery therapy.In the treatment group,aftter electrocautery therapy,the vaginal filing was given with Ealesu..In the control group,electrocautery therapy was applied without medication supplement.Results The amount of vaginal discharge and bleeding were less in the treatment group than in the control group with statistical significance.And the duration of vaginal discharge and bleeding were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group with statistical significance.The overall efficacy at four and eight weeks were statistically significant better in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion Using Ealesu in combination of electrocautery therapy for treatment of cervical erosion showed its effectiveness by significantly reducing the amount and duration of vaginal discharge and bleeding.And it doesnt show any side effect.Therefore,it is a clinically applicable option for treating cervical erosion.
