口腔科医院感染危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的比较加强管理和规范诊疗前后的医院感染情况,分析可能影响口腔科医院感染危险因素,为临床相关临床预防提供参考。方法 2011年7-12月纳入口腔科医疗器械、诊室物体表面、医师手部清洁为对照组,选择2012年7-12月加强管理和规范诊疗后作为观察组,比较两组合格率,纳入口腔科患者100例,分析乙型肝炎感染情况。结果在加强管理和规范诊疗后的诊疗器械、物体表面、医务人员手消毒不合格数观察组分别为0、2、0,对照组分别为12、16、16,两组比较差异均有统计学意义;HBsAg阳性有28例,占28.00%;空气、器械细菌数、易感人员感染组与非感染组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论采用规范管理、制定各项预防措施是控制口腔科的医院感染必由之路。OBJECTIVE To compare the incidence of nosocomial infections before and after the standardized diagno-sis and treatment was implemented and analyze the risk factors for nosocomial infections in the department of sto-matology so as to provide guidance for the clinical prevention .METHODS From Jul 2011 to Dec 2012 ,the qualified rates of clearance of bacterial flora on the surfaces of medical instruments and objects in clinics as well as the doc-tors＇hands were included in the control group ,the management of department of stomatology of which the man-agement and diagnosis and treatment was strengthened from Jul to Dec 2012 was set as the observation group ,the qualified rates were compared between the two groups ;totally 100 patients of the stomatology department were enrolled in the study , and the incidence of hepatitis B was observed .RESULTS After the management was strengthened and the standardized diagnosis and treatment was implemented ,the number of unqualified disinfec-tion of the medical instruments ,objects surfaces ,and medical staff＇s hands were respectively 0 ,2 ,and 0 in the observation group and were respectively 12 ,16 ,and 16 in the control group ,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups .Totally 28 cases were tested positive for 28 .00% .There was statistically sig-nificant difference in the bacterial colony counts in the air ,instruments ,or susceptible personnel between the in-fection group and the non-infection group .CONCLUSION It is essential to implement standardized management and put forward various prevention measures so as to control the nosocomial infections in the department of stomatology .
