宫腔镜手术对机体近期免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的了解宫腔镜手术对机体免疫功能方面的影响。方法连续选择宫腔镜电切术患者72例,按手术类型的不同分为四组,于术前和术后第1天采静脉血测定白细胞总数、中性粒细胞总数、淋巴细胞总数、C-反应蛋白、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G、补体3和补体4的浓度。结果术后除了补体4之外,其他各项免疫学指标均有不同程度明显的改变。除了中性粒细胞在经宫颈宫腔粘连术和经宫颈子宫内膜电切术之间差异有显著性外,其余各项指标在不同类型宫腔镜手术中的改变是相似。结论宫腔镜手术对机体的近期体液免疫功能和细胞免疫功能有一定程度的影响,抑制机体的免疫功能,各研究组对机体免疫功能的影响程度是相似的。[ Objective ] To inquire the immune response after hysteroscopic surgeries. [ Methods ] 72 patients were enrolled in our study and divided into four groups according to surgery procedure. White blood cell, neutrophil granulocyte, lymphocyte, C-reacting protein, immune globulin A, immune globulin M, immune globulin G, complement 3 and complement 4 were measured before and after operation. All data were analyzed by statistic system of SPSS 13.0, and 0.05 was defined as statistically significant for all of tests. [Results] After operation, all data, excluding complement 4, were significantly different （P 〈0.05）. Neutrophil was significantly different between TCRA and TCRE （P 〈0.05）. The other indexes had no differences in each group （P 〉0.05）. [ Conclusion] The immune function, either the humoral immune function or cellular immune function, was suppressed after operative hysteroscopy. Each type of operation had similar influence to immune system.
