摘 要:目的探讨预期康复健康教育对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者生活质量和功能康复的作用。方法选择88例腰椎间盘突出症手术患者,随机分为教育组和对照组,每组44例,教育组实施预期康复健康教育,对照组沿用常规健康教育。结果出院前教育组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月教育组SF-36量表各维度评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院前教育组疼痛程度、自理能力、提物、行走、坐、站立、睡眠各项评分及总分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月教育组ODI量表各项及总分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施预期康复健康教育可有效提高患者术后康复效果和生活质量,患者出院后功能康复和生活质量持续改善。Objective To investigate the effect of expected health education on rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation surgery patient quality of life and rehabilitation functional. Methods A total of cases of lumbar disc herniation surgery were randomly divided into the education group and control group, the implementation of the education group were ex- pected to recover health education while the control group followed the conventional health education. Results The score of physiological functions, physical function, bodily pain, vitality, role emotional, mental health, general health in pre-discharge education group were compared with control group, the difference were statistically significant (P〈0.05), after three months of education groups SF-36 scale score for each dimension were compared with the control group, the difference were statistically significant (/)〈0.05). The score of pain, self-care ability, extract, walked, sited, stood, sleeted all the scores and scores with the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P〈0.05), after three months of education groups ODI various scales and scores with the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation is expected to recover after health education can effectively im- prove the quality of life of patients and rehabilitation, rehabilitation function of patients after hospital discharge and quality of life continues to be improved.
