摘 要:热轧凸度不仅直接影响到热轧自身生产的稳定性,也影响到下游冷轧板形的控制,越来越引起企业的关注。根据单机架双卷取铝热轧机的生产特点,制定相应的凸度控制策略,并以此开发了铝热轧凸度控制系统。该系统通过弯辊、冷却喷淋的自动预设定,提高了带材目标凸度合格率;利用弯辊前馈和凸度闭环反馈,保证了全长范围内带材凸度的一致性。现场应用结果表明,该系统投入使用后显著提高了带材目标凸度的命中精度及一致性,取得了良好的控制效果。The strip crown of hot rolling affects not only the stability of its own production but also the shape control in the next processes. Thus more and more attention is paid by enterprises. According to the production features of the single-stand double-winding hot rolling mill, crown control strategies were designed correspondently and a crown control system of hot rolling mill for aluminum was developed. In this system, automatic setup of bending force and cooling nozzles improves pass rates of the target crown, and feedforward of bending force and closed-loop feedback of crown keep good consistency of the crown over the entire rolling. The results of application of this system on the production site show that the hit rate of the target strip crown is improved significantly, and good crown consistency and control effect are achieved at last.
