摘　　要：中国新发展模式是一个有机的战略整体,注重全面协调和整体有序推进。其中经济模式是发展根本,政治模式是发展保证,文化模式是发展灵魂,社会模式是发展支撑,生态模式是发展基础,党建模式是发展关键,国家治理现代化是总体发展目标。只有深刻认清我国正处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段这个最大的国情和实际,中国新发展模式才能找准依据、对准突破口、确立目标方向。中国新发展模式呈现出复合性、层次性、时序性、调适性和整体性特征,这要求我们按照"五位一体"的总布局统筹经济、政治、文化、社会和生态等五个方面,按照"六个紧紧围绕"的改革发展思路,以创新体制机制和构建科学化制度体系来提升国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化水平。Chinese new development model is an organic strategic entirety, which stresses on comprehensively coordination and overall orderly progress. In such an entirety, the economic model is the essence; the political is the guarantee for development; the cultur- al is the soul of development; the social is the support of development; the ecological is the basis of development; the party construction is the key to development; national governance modernization is the goal of overall development. Without understanding the current situa- tion and the higgest reality of the primary stage of socialism, it is rarely possible to find right reason, breakthrough and objective direction. The characteristics of Chinese new development model are complex, hierarchical, sequential, adjustable and integral. Thus, it is required to plan the economy, politics, culture, society and ecology according to the ＂five-in-one＂ overall strategy and the ＂six tightly around＂ reform and development thought, and to upgrade the national governance system and governance ability level through innovating system and constructing scientific institution.
