摘  要:介绍了变压器绝缘老化常用的诊断方法,如油中CO和CO_2含量及CO/CO_2比值判断法、油中糠醛含量分析法、聚合度分析法等.通过分析比较,提出了一种新的判断变压器绝缘老化的有效方法,即油中丙酮含量分析法,并通过MATLAB线性拟合推出了油中丙酮含量与聚合度之间的关系式,实例分析验证了此方法的可行性和有效性.Several diagnostic methods of determining the transformer insulation aging are described, such as analyzing the contents of CO, CO2, CO/CO2 Ratios, furfural in oil, and measuring the DP ( Degree of Polymerization) of paper or board. A more effective approach to determine the transformer insulation aging is presented by comparison and analysis. The method is to test the content of acetone in the oil. The relationship between the content of acetone and DP is described by using MATLAB. The feasibility and effectiveness of this approach for transformer insulation aging diagnosis are explained with some examples.
