摘  要:利用自制交变电磁场磁化装置,进行磁化聚合硫酸铁(PFS)溶液混凝除藻单因素实验和正交实验,确定磁化混凝除藻的优化参数,并与传统混凝进行对比。结果表明,在PFS投加量80 mg/L、磁感应强度4.42 m T、频率50 Hz、磁化时间3 min、p H=8.0的优化条件下,藻类、浊度去除率分别为96.7%和99%。磁化较非磁化混凝具有处理效率更高、投加量更少、污泥性能更好、出水余铁含量低等优点。并初步探讨了磁化混凝除藻的机理。Removal of algal in freshwater with magnetized PFS coagulant by self-made electromagnetic device is studied via single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. To determine the optimal operational parameters, the contrast experiments are taken between the magnetized coagulation process and the conventional coagulation process. The results show that the optimal conditions are dosage 80 mg/L, magnetic field intensity 4.42 m T, frequency 50 Hz, magnetization time 3 min and p H 8.0. Then the removal rate of turbidity and algae reach 99% and 96.7%. Electromagnetic coagulation process takes the advantages in having higher removal efficiency, less dosage using, better sludge performance, and lower residual iron. The mechanism of Electromagnetic Coagulation for algae Removal is explored preliminarily.
