摘  要:以工业废弃煤渣为原料,采用负载法制备了氯化钙改性煤渣除氟吸附剂(Ca MC),研究了Ca MC对F-的等温吸附特征、吸附动力学和热力学。结果表明,表观2级动力学模型能够很好地描述Ca MC对F-的吸附过程,吸附速率由液膜扩散控制。Ca MC对F-的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温方程,293 K时Ca MC对F-的最大吸附量达到97.09mg/g。热力学参数表明F-在Ca MC上的吸附是自发的放热过程,吸附主要是氢键力和偶极间作用力共同作用下的物理吸附。Calcium chloride modified cinder(Ca MC) was prepared from industrial waste cinder using load method. Adsorption isotherms, kinetics and thermodynamics of fluoride on Ca MC were studied. The adsorption kinetics was best described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model, followed by liquid film diffusion as the rate determining step. The sorption process of fluoride onto Ca MC was subjected to Langmuir isotherms; the maximum defluoridation capacity of Ca MC was 97.09 mg/g at 293 K. In addition, thermodynamic parameters showed adsorption a process of fluoride onto Ca MC was spontaneous and exothermic, which was dominated by physical adsorption with hydrophobie bonding and dipole-dipole interactions.
