摘 要:以中试为基础,在约2个半月时间内以江苏省宜兴市某污水处理厂生化尾水作为系统实验原水,考察超滤-反渗透(UF-RO)工艺处理净化工业园污水厂尾水的性能与效果。结果表明,原水经过UF环节后COD和TN的平均去除率分别可达到14.45%和9.41%以上,对UV254和浊度平均去除率也分别可达8.19%和89.49%以上,电导率的平均降低率达到3.42%;再经过RO工艺后COD和TN的去除率可达到91.34%和96.81%以上,对UV254和浊度平均去除率也分别可达99.99%和105.2%以上,对电导率的平均降低率达到98.91%。由此验证了UF-RO工艺是一种行之有效的处理工业园污水厂尾水的深度处理技术。Based on the pilot scale experiment, the experiment was carried out and lasted about 2.5 mouths so as to investigate the characteristics and the effect of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis(UF-RO) process on treating tailwater in industrial sewage plants with tailwater in a industrial sewage plant in Yixing, Jiangsu as experimental raw water. The results showed that, the average removal rates of COD, TN, UV254, turbidity and conductivity of raw water by UF process were above 14.45%, 9.41%, 8.19%, 89.49% and 3.42% respectively; then the average removal rates of COD, TN, UV254, turbidity and conductivity were above 91.34%, 96.81%, 99.99%, 105.2% and 98.91% respectively by RO process. Therefore it was revealed that UF-RO was an effective and practical process for advanced treatment of tailwater in industrial sewage plants.
