摘  要:蒸馏法海水淡化的进料方式包括顺流、逆流和平流3种工艺,其中,逆流进料方式下物料水过冷度小但海水容易结垢,而平流进料具有系统简单、结垢倾向低和系统功耗低等优点。结合某1.25×104 t/d低温多效蒸馏海水淡化工程,对平流进料方式进行设计优化,形成较为成熟的大型低温多效蒸馏海水淡化工程进料设计方案。Feeding method of distillation desalination includes downstream, countercurrent and flat flow. By the feeding method countercurrent, the super-cooling degree of material water was too small but the seawater was easy to scale, while feeding method flat flow was equipped with advantages such as a simple system, low fouling tendency and low system power consumption. Combined with a 12 500 t/d low-temperature multi-effect distillation desalination project, with design optimization of flat flow feeding method, a relatively mature feeding method design of large low-temperature multi-effect distillation desalination projects was formed.
