摘 要:研究造纸黑液羧甲基化改性制备的木质素羧酸盐CML对农药的分散性能,并对其在40%腈菌唑可湿性粉剂(wettable powder,WP)中的配方进行筛选。结果表明,羧甲基化改性可大幅度提高碱木质素的羧基含量,使其水溶性和分散性得到较大改善。通过和润湿剂、助分散剂复配,筛选了CML用于40%腈菌唑WP的优选配方,常温和热贮悬浮率分别可达到91.9%和88.1%,润湿时间少于90 s,满足可湿性粉剂的指标。The dispersion performance on pesticides of carboxymethylated lignin (CML) prepared from black liquor was studied and the optimal formulation of 40% myclobutanil wettable powder using CML as dispersant was developed. The results show that a large number of carboxyl groups was introduced into alkali lignin molecules by earboxymethylated modification and therefore the solubility and dispersibility of alkali lignin were greatly improved. The optimal formulation of 40% myelobutanil wettable powder was confirmed by synergistic blends of wetting agents, co-dispersant and CML. Before and after heat storage, the suspensibility of 40% myclobutanil wettable powder with optimal formulation was respectively 91.9% and 88.1% , and the wetting time was less than 90 seconds, which had met the requirements of WP.
