摘  要:采用化学气相渗透工艺对机械加工后的C/C复合材料进行再增密,对比研究再增密前后材料的力学性能、表面形貌和生物相容性。结果表明:经过再增密,材料的抗弯强度和抗压强度分别提高8%和51%,分别达到269.8 MPa和317.5 MPa,弯曲模量和压缩模量均接近人骨模量;材料表面粗糙度(Ra)由3.30μm下降到2.51μm,表面形貌由粗糙疏松状转变成光滑密实结构;细胞培养结果表明经再增密处理的C/C复合材料具有良好的细胞相容性。Machined carbon/carbon composites were re-densified by chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) method. Mechanical properties, surface morphology as well as biocompatibility of the as-obtained carbon/carbon composites before and after re-densification were investigated. The results show that the flexural strength and compressive strength increase by 8% and 51%, up to 269.8 MPa and 317.5 MPa, respectively. Flexural modulus and compressive modulus become close to human bone modulus. The value of surface roughness (Ra) reduces from 3.30μm to 2.51μm, and the surface morphology changes from rough loose shape to smooth compact structure. Cell culture results show that the re-densified C/C composites have good cell compatibility.
