摘　　要：简单介绍了皮肤皱纹的形成原因和抗皱途径,阐述了国内外抗皱化妆品功效评价方法,包括生物化学方法、细胞生物学法、动物试验法和人体试验法,可为抗皱化妆品功效评价的研究提供参考。The formation causes of skin wrinkles and the avenues of anti-wrinkle were introduced in this paper. The efficacy evaluation methods for anti-wrinkle cosmetics in domestic and foreign countries were also elaborated,including the chemical and biological method,the cell biology method,the animal test method and the human test method. It provided references for the research of anti-wrinkle cosmetics.
