摘　　要：在大型机械工厂的设计中,确定并合理地配置起重机,关乎到企业的产品发展战略、生产的安全和效率、厂房的造价等多方面,是工厂设计的原则性问题。起重机的设置主要包括:确定起重机额定起重量、轨高(起升高度)、轨距及工作级别等参数;起重机的合理组合配置,以及大工件翻身的起重机配置等内容。In all sectors of large-scale machinery plant, reasonable determination of cranes is a critical factor within plant design,intensively affecting development strategy of enterprises＇ products, safety and efficiency of production, construction cost of workshops.Crane systems, such as overhead crane, jib crane, gantry crane, used for handling critical loads should be selected and laid out in accordance with the following： parameters, including rated lifting weight, lifting height, track rail center distance, crane group, etc., of cranes, rational combination layout of cranes and suitable cranes for turnover of heavy workpieces.
