摘　　要：目前我国电建企业纷纷走出国门,开辟国际市场。海外项目在给企业带来良好发展机遇的同时也伴随着巨大风险。论文结合多年印度电站项目的建设经验,结合文献调研,识别出海外电站项目风险因素清单,并采用风险矩阵模型对风险因素的等级进行确定,提出了切实可行的应对措施,以期为我国电建企业参与类似国际项目的风险管理提供借鉴。At present our country in turbine companies abroad, open up the international market.Overseas projects bring the good development opportunity as well as with huge risks.Combining with many years of experience in India power station project construction,combined with the literature research, identify the listing overseas power plant project risk factors, and the risk matrix model is adopted to determine the level of risk factors, put forward the specific countermeasures, so as to our country in turbine companies engaged in similar international projects risk management for reference.
