摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断进步,给传统的软件法律保护体系造成极大的冲击,因此需要一种安全、可靠的法律保护系统。本文主要基于程序软件对其技术特性和整体保护的不足及对法律保护进行探讨,以完善知识产权法律保护制度。With thedevelopment of science and technology,caused great impact to the traditional software legal protection system,so we need a safe,reliable legal protection system.This paper is mainly based on the lack of software of its technical characteristics and the overall protection and discusses the protection of the law,to perfect the legal protection system of intellectual property rights.
