摘　　要：通过整理2007年至2013年期间宝钢股份公开发布的年度报告，归纳总结出宝钢股份在此期间的企业战略变迁和发展方向，找到宝钢股份企业战略的发展脉络，为国内其他钢铁上市公司提供参考和借鉴。This paper collates the annual reports released by Baoshan iron and steel Co., Ltd. during the period of 2007 to 2013, sums up the strategic changes and developing direction of Baoshan iron and steel in the period, and finds the strategic development vein of Baoshan iron and steel, providing a reference for other domestic iron and steel listed companies.
