摘　　要：介绍了新日铁住金公司成立后在企业理念、经营方针、经营体制、技术创新、人才培养5个方面的新思路和新做法。新日铁住金正着力于各个方面的不断完善，寻求企业的可持续发展，使之成为世界领先的钢铁联合企业。This paper introduces new ideas and new practices of the following five aspects： corporate philosophy, management policy, management system, technology innovation and talent training after the establishment of the NSSMC. NSSMC is focusing on improvement for various aspects of company, at the same time, seeking for enterprise＇s sustainable development, and becoming the world＇s leading integrated iron and steel enterprise.
