摘　　要：通过对NT—A锻造半钢热轧辊材料的不同热处理工艺性能检测的分析研究，进一步掌握了回火温度、回火时间与组织、性能的关系及高温力学性能和组织，为完善热处理工艺提供了试验和理论依据。This article tests and analyzes the performances of NT-A forging half steel hot roll under different heat treatment processes, further studies the relationship between tempering temperature, tempering time and organization, performance as well as high temperature mechanical properties and their organizations, which provides the experimental and theoretical basis for improving heat treatment process.
