摘　　要：目的探讨心理支持对采用介入治疗肝癌患者生活质量的影响。方法将200例采用介入治疗的肝癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组患者采用一般治疗及护理;研究组患者在接受一般治疗及护理的同时,接受一系列心理支持干预。比较两组患者手术前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、疼痛强度量表(NRS)和睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)的评价结果。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者术后2d的焦虑、疼痛、失眠状况评分显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采用介入治疗的肝癌患者进行一系列心理支持干预措施,能明显改善患者的焦虑、疼痛和失眠状况,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological support on anxiety,pain,sleep disturbance of liver cancer patients with interventional therapy.Methods 200 cases were randomly divided into support group and control group and each group included 100 cases.Patients in control group were treated with general treatment and care and support group received a series of psychological support besides routine treatment.Two groups of patients were tested with self-rating anxiety scale,pain intensity scale and self-rating scale for sleep before and after operation.Results Patients in support group showed significant lower than the control group intensity of anxiety,pain and better sleep quality two days after operation.Conclusion Psychological support can significantly reduce the intensity of anxiety,pain and insomnia for liver cancer patients with TACE therapy.
