恶性肿瘤患者树突细胞-细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞免疫细胞疗法的护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的总结树突细胞-细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(DC-CIK)免疫细胞疗法的护理要点,为患者提供安全有效的护理。方法通过对第三军医大学新桥医院2012年3月至2013年12月间收治的进行DC-CIK免疫细胞治疗的275例恶性肿瘤患者进行回顾分析,从细胞采集和输注治疗两大方面的治疗流程和护理要点进行总结。结果经过规范的DC-CIK免疫细胞治疗和精心的护理后,275例患者均顺利完成了治疗且治疗效果良好,治疗过程中出现的不良反应均得到很好得控制。结论规范有效的护理对于恶性肿瘤患者DC-CIK免疫细胞治疗的效果有着重要的临床意义。Objective To summarize the nursing highlights with dendritic cell-cytokine induced killer cell（ DC-CIK） treatment and help to provide patients with effective and safe nursing.Methods From March 2012 to December 2013,275 patients with malignant tumors in Xinqiao Hospital,the Third Military Medical University were enrolled in the study and accepted routine DC-CIK treatment.And then the treatment procedures and the key points of were analyzed.Results All of 275 patients who received DCCIK treatment have achieved positive therapeutic and valid nursing effects.And the adverse reaction appeared during the course of therapyare tolerable.Conclusion Normative and effective nursing are important to ensure the success of DC-CIK treatment.
