摘 要:采用高分子改性剂对纸张表面进行涂层改性,以制备棉织物活性染料干热转移印花用转印纸,探讨汽蒸工艺、改性纸花纹清晰度(增稠剂种类、吸湿剂和纳米SiO2含量),以及改性纸放置环境湿度对印花织物清晰度的影响。结果表明,印花织物的花型清晰度主要取决于改性纸花纹的清晰度和放置环境湿度;增稠剂种类、吸湿剂和纳米SiO2含量对改性纸花纹清晰度影响较大。海藻酸钠SA作增稠剂时,印花织物具有较高的清晰度和表观色深。采用含有海藻酸钠3%,聚酯ES-1 6%,Na2CO32%,三氯乙酸2%,吸湿剂3%(尿素与甘油比例为3∶2),双氰胺0.5%,纳米SiO20.5%制备的转印纸(喷墨后放置湿度为70%),可获得较高清晰度的印花棉织物,且色牢度达4级及以上。To prepare the transfer paper for dry-heat transfer printing of cotton fabric with reactive dyes, the polymer modifier is coated on the paper. The effects of steaming process, outline sharpness of mod- ified paper (including the type of thickeners, the content of hygroscopic agent and nano-SiO2) and humidity on outline sharpness of the printed fabric are investigated. The results show that the outline sharp- ness of the prints depends on the outline sharpness of the modified paper and humidity. The type of thickeners, the content of hygroscopic agent and nano-SiO2 have a great influence on outline sharpness of the modified paper. A better outline sharpness and higher K/S value are achieved with sodium alginate as thickener. The color fastness of cotton prints can reach up to Grade 4 or above when the modifier contained 6% polyester ES-1, 3% sodium alginate, 2% sodium carbonate, 2% trichloroacetic acid, 3% hygroscopic agent (urea/glycerol=3/2), 0.5% dicyandiamide and 0.5% nano-SiO2, and the outline sharp- ness are better.
