摘 要:目的通过调查该项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析关键控制点并提出补充措施与建议。方法采用经验法、检查表法、类比法进行定性、定量分析。结果该工程存在的职业病危害因素主要为硫化氢、氨、汽油、煤油、柴油、石脑油、蜡油、渣油、润滑油、焦炭粉尘、噪声。检测结果显示,渣油加氢装置反应进料泵噪声定点检测最大值为94.8 dB(A),超过职业接触限值,其他噪声及毒物检测结果都符合职业接触限值要求。结论现有职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,对接触噪声人员应加强个人防护和职业健康监护,对重点评价因子关键控制点应强化各项防护措施。[Objective]To investigate the possible occupational hazard factors in this project,analyze the critical control points,and put forward the supplementary measures and suggestions.[Methods]The qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed by the experience method,checklist method and analogy method.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors in this project were hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,gasoline,kerosene,diesel oil,naphtha,wax oil,residual oil,lubricating oil,coke dust and noise. The detection results showed that the maximal noise value in detection point for charging pump of residual oil hydrogenation plant was94. 8 dB( A),which was higher than the occupational exposure limit. The detection results of noise in other detection points,and poisonous substances met the occupational exposure limits.[Conclusion]The protection measures against occupational hazards are feasible and effective. It is necessary to strengthen the personal protection and occupational health surveillance among noise-exposed workers,and improve the protection measures according to the critical control points of key evaluation factors.
