摘 要:目的分析江阴市涉外企业职业性噪声危害状况,为其防治措施提供依据,以达到保护工人听力的目的。方法测定所调查企业各作业场所中噪声强度,对1 202名噪声作业人员进行纯音听阈测试,并对其听力损失与噪声强度的关系进行统计学分析。结果江阴市2家现代化涉外企业109个噪声监测点中,噪声强度均值为(89.30±4.57)dB(A),噪声作业点超标率为86.2%,超标点作业人群占89.9%;高频损伤和语频损伤总检出率为20.7%,在得到有效防护措施的保护情况下,长时间暴露在严重超标的噪声环境中是造成工人听力损失的主要原因。结论噪声是涉外企业主要的职业危害因素之一,加强"三同时"管理和个人防护措施的落实,提高工人自我保护意识,是预防涉外企业职业性噪声危害的主要措施。[Objective]To analyze the status of noise hazards in foreign enterprises of Jiangyin City,and provide evidence for developing control measures so as to protect workers' hearing.[Methods]The noise intensity in workplace of investigated enterprises was tested. Pure tone audiometry test was performed on 1 202 noise exposed workers. The relationship between their hearing loss and noise intensity was analyzed statistically.[Results]The mean of noise intensity was( 89. 30 ± 4. 57) dB( A),86. 2% noise intensity among 109 noise monitoring sites exceeded national health standards,and 89. 9% workers worked there. The total detection rate of hearing loss in high frequency and language frequency was 20. 7%. Under the effective protection of protective measures,the main cause of hearing loss was the long-term exposure to high noise intensity. [Conclusion]Noise is one of the main occupational hazards in foreign enterprises. To strengthen Three Simultaneousness System and personal hearing protection measures,to improve workers' awareness of self-protection are main measures to prevent occupational noise hazards in foreign enterprises.
