广州军区某部队机关在职干部健康检查结果及预防保健对策

摘　　要：目的通过分析广州军区某部队机关干部健康检查异常结果的分布及特征,为进一步做好疾病防治和首长保健提供依据。方法回顾分析空军某部机关在职干部2013年度健康检查相关资料268份,分别按性别、年龄分层和干部级别对异常检出率进行比较,分析影响健康的主要问题。结果检查结果有异常者占72.8%,并以代谢性疾病为主。异常结果排在军队男性干部前5位的是高脂血症、高尿酸血症、脂肪肝、高血压和牙楔状缺损,女性干部为乳腺结节、高脂血症、高尿酸血症、甲状腺结节和脂肪肝。随着年龄的增大,疾病的检出率逐步增高(P<0.05)。相比于团职和营以下干部,师职以上干部在代谢性疾病和退行性病变方面的异常检出率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论代谢性疾病已成为影响部队在职干部健康的主要疾病,应作为重点来加强健康教育和加大师职以上干部的保健力度,进行综合防治,切实降低患病率。[Objective]To analyze the distribution and characteristics of physical examination results among cadres in an army department of Guangzhou Military Region,provide the basis for the further disease prevention and health care in leading cadres.[Methods]The data of physical examination results from268 cadres in an army department of Guangzhou Military Region were analyzed retrospectively. The abnormal detection rates were compared according to gender,age and cadre level,to analyze the main problems which influence the health.[Results]72. 8% of cadres had the abnormal results in physical examination,which was dominated by the metabolic diseases. The leading five abnormal results in male cadres were hyperlipemia,hyperuricacidemia,fatty liver,hypertension and sphenoid defect of tooth,while the leading five abnormal results in female cadres were breast nodule,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia,thyroid nodule and fatty liver. The incidence rate of diseases gradually increased with the increasing of age（ P〈0. 05）. The detection rates of the metabolic diseases and degenerative diseases in division commanders and above were significantly higher than those in regimental /camp commanders and below（ P〈0. 05）.[Conclusion]Metabolic diseases have become the main health problem that influences the health of army cadres. It is necessary to strengthen health education and improve the health care among division commanders or above,and carry out the comprehensive prevention and control,to effectively reduce the prevalence rates.
