摘　　要：分析了本科毕业设计环节的特点,阐明了QQ群在毕业设计的基本功能,结合QQ群机器人技术,实现毕业指导的拟人化交流,针对毕业设计的规范文档格式等,进行关键词查询和答疑,快速、及时的解决学生可能碰到的问题。经过几个月摸索和实践,所编制的开题报告撰写帮助插件,初步实现了QQ群机器人在开题报告撰写方面的自动答疑,为培养本科人才正确、规范的完成开题报告奠定了坚实的基础。The characteristic of graduation project design is analyzed, and the function of QQ group in graduation project is illustrated. The personification communication of graduation project direction is realized based on the technology of QQ group robot. Aimed at the format questions of project standardization documents, some measures are applied to solve quickly and timely the problems students may meet, such as the query of key words in QQ group. After months of exploration and practice, the plug-in to write project proposal can help students with question answering automatically using QQ group robot, which will lay a solid foundation to train undergraduates for writing project proposals correctly and canonically.
