摘　　要：火炮身管膛线磨损量是评价身管有效寿命的重要参数之一,测径仪是直接测量磨损量的有效手段。通过测径仪体上安装的圆锥体与小球的相对运动,将径向尺寸变化量转换为轴向,便于传感器测量;利用LVDT传感器,将轴向位移变化量以电压形式输出,经过单片机计算,将径向的磨损量以数字形式显示在身管外侧的控制盒上,操作者直接进行读数和记录。本系统具有结构简单,使用方便,不需要外界供电,便于野外操作的特点,经过批量配备的实用,提高了装备的检测效率。The parameter of damage of the gun tube is one of the key parameter to determinate the remaining life .The di-ameter detector is one of the effective means to measure the damage .With the relative movement among tapers and the steel ball w hich fixed on the body of the diameter detector ,the radial variation is changed to axial variation .With the LVDT sensor ,the displacement movement of the detector head along the protuberant and concave diameter is output . After the single-chip computing ,the number result is shown on the control box ,which is outside the barrel .The opera-tor would write down the data directly .The simple structure ,ease usage ,no need power supply outside and convenient for field use is the main character .The equipment detecting efficiency is improved ,when batch detectors are issued .
