摘　　要：大规模风电的开发利用是符合我国新能源发展的一项重要战略选择。为了促进风电与电网协调发展，破解风电“大而不强”、“晒太阳”的尴尬境地，本文结合我国国情，对风电建设与电网规划协调性进行了综合分析，针对风电与电网规划不匹配，提出应从政策、管理、技术等方面来实现风电建设与电网规划协调发展。large scale wind power development is consistent with an mportantstrategici choice of new energy development in china.In order to promote the coordinated development of wind power and grid,break wind＆quot;big but not strong＆quot;,＆quot;sun＆quot;embarrassing position,according to the situation of our country,the construction of wind power and power grid planning and coordination are comprehensively analyzed,on the basis of comprehensive analysis,put forwardthe coordinate development of wind power and power network planning, thecomprehensive solution on policy,management,technology and other aspects of the strategy.
