妊娠合并急性胰腺炎3例诊疗分析和体会

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠合并急性胰腺炎的临床特点和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析安徽医科大学第二附属医院近年收治的3例中晚期妊娠合并急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料,3例均非手术治疗。结果 3例母婴均痊愈出院,保胎成功1例,2例早产。结论妊娠中晚期体内激素水平变化容易合并胰腺炎,特别是高脂血症及胆囊或胆道疾病者。主要采用积极的非手术治疗,必要时采取手术治疗,减少母婴病死率。Objective To investigte the clinical characteristics and therapeutic method of pregnant women with acute pancre- atitis. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases of pregnant women with acute pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed, they all received conservative therapy. Results Three cases of mother and infant were cured, 1 fetus successfully protected, 2 preterm. Conclusion The women in pregnancy are inclined to pancreatitis because of hormonal changes, the main method is conservative therapy on time and surgical intervention if necessary, so as to reduce mortality.
