摘 要:采用ANSYS软件,对两相流体绕流与气泡脱离作用下,制冷装置蒸发器异型管板进行强度分析和评定。结果表明:应力强度最大点位于管板与换热管连接处,考虑动载的蒸发器管板最大Tresca当量应力值大于相应静载下的值,管板上端开孔处位移变化幅度大于下端开孔,脉动载荷对上端换热管与管板的胀焊连接的破坏影响强于下端换热管与管板连接。The ANSYS software was used to analyze and evaluate the strength of evaporator's special-shaped tube plate of the refrigeration equipment with two-phase fluid streaming around and breaking away from the air bubbles.The evaluation results show that the maximum stress intensity point exists in the junction between tube plate and heat exchange tube; and the maximum Tresca equivalent stress value of the evaporator tube plate under the dynamic loading becomes greater than that under the corresponding static loading; and the displacement amplitude at the upper tube plate opening is greater than that at the lower opening,the damaging effects from the dynamic loading on the inflation welding connection between the heat exchange tube and tube plate at the upper end is stronger than that on the connection between the lower end of the heat exchange tube and tube plate at the lower end.
