摘　　要：目的探讨大疱性皮肤病患者GRα及GRβmRNA的表达水平与激素治疗效果的关系。方法采用半定量逆转录-聚合酶联反应(RT-PCR)技术检测大疱性皮肤病患者中激素敏感组、激素耐药组及正常人组外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)中GRα和GRβmRNA的表达,分析其与激素耐药的关系。结果大疱性皮肤病患者GRαmRNA表达水平显著低于正常对照组,而激素敏感组和耐药组相比无统计学差异;激素耐药组GRβmRNA的表达水平显著高于激素敏感组和正常对照组。结论 GRβ的过度表达与大疱性皮肤病激素耐药密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of glucocorticoid receptor （GR） mRNA and effect of Glucocorticoid treatment in bullous dermatosis patients .Methods The expression of GRαand GRβmRNA in bullous dermatosis was detected by RT-PCR.The correlation between GR mRNA and glucocorticoid resist-ance in bullous dermatosis was analyzed .Results The expression of GRαmRNA in bullous dermatosis patients was sig-nificantly lower than that in normal control group ,while there had no statistical difference between the GC-sensitive and resistant groups;the expression level of GRβmRNA in GC-resistant group was significantly higher than that both in GC-sensitive group and the normal control group .Conclusion The high expression of GRβmay be closedly related to glu-cocorticoid resistance in bullous dermatosis patients .
