摘  要:目的:探讨超敏C反应蛋白( hs-CRP)检查对小儿流感早期诊断的意义及奥司他韦的疗效。方法2013年1~5月份潍坊地区来我科就诊患儿(年龄3~14岁)共980例,行血常规和hs-CRP检查,同时做呼吸道病毒检测。对hs-CRP正常和呼吸道病毒检测阳性者分为两组,治疗组给予口服可威,对照组给予口服利巴韦林颗粒。结果900例显示hs-CRP正常,呼吸道病毒检测均为阳性;80例显示hs-CRP明显升高,呼吸道病毒检测均呈阴性。治疗组与对照组比较相同时间内体温恢复快。治疗组患儿体温下降时间以及伴随症状的消失时间较对照组明显缩短( P<0.05)。结论单纯hs-CRP检查即可作为流感病毒感染的早期参考指标,可指导临床早期用药,尽快控制病情。可威治疗小儿流感起效快,能显著缩短病程,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the significance of high-sensitivity CRP ( hs-CRP) examination on ear-ly diagnosis of influenza and the efficacy of oseltamivir on influenza .Methods Nine hundred and eighty cases of chil-dren(aged 3~14 years) during the prevalence of influenza in weifang in 2013 from Jan.to May were enrolled,and they were given boood routine test and hs-CRP examination before treatment ,as well as respiratory virus detection .Subjects who got normal hs-CRP concentration and positive respiratory virus were divided equally into two groups:the Oseltamivir group and the Ribavirin group .Results Nine hundred cases of hs-CRP is normal,along with the positive respiratory vi-rus, while 80 cases hs-CRP show significantly elevated , along with negative respiratory virus .Subjects in Oseltamivir group showed the more temperature drops in the same time ,compared with those in control group .And the other is also accompanied by the disappearance of symptoms was significantly shorter than the control group .Conclusion Simple hs-CRP can be used as an early indicator of influenza virus infection .Results are reported quickly and clinical compliance rate is high .Early oseltamivir treatment can significantly reduce the fever symptoms ,shorten the course ,reduce pain and complications.
