肾康注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肾康注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法取6周龄雄性Wistar大鼠30只,取20只给予链脲佐菌素(STZ)进行造模,另10只作为正常对照组给予常规饲料,2周后取尾静脉血测血糖≥16.7mmol/L表示造模成功。将造模成功的大鼠随机平均分为两组,糖尿病组、糖尿病肾康注射液治疗组。分别给予肾康注射液10mg/(kg·d)腹腔注射,定期测定尿白蛋白。12周后,用10%水合氯醛按400mg/kg腹腔注射麻醉后,分离肾脏,观察肾脏病理形态改变。结果与糖尿病组相比,糖尿病肾康注射液治疗组尿蛋白明显减低(P<0.05),电镜下观察肾小球基底膜厚度糖尿病组显著高于正常对照组;应用肾康注射液治疗后,肾小球基底膜厚度治疗组明显低于糖尿病对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾康注射液对糖尿病肾病治疗有明显疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenkang injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy .Methods Thirty 6-week male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the following groups：control group;diabetic group .Twenty male Wistar rats were divide into diabetic group;the others were in control group .Rats in diabetic group were induced hyperglycemia by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin 60mg/kg.Two weeks later,the tail venous blood glucose higer than 16.7mmol/L said the sucesfully establied diabetic rats .The sucesfully establied diabetic rats were randomly divided into two groups：group of diabetic rats and group of Shenkang injection .Rats in group of Shenkang injection were treated with Shenkang injection [10mg/（kg· d）].The urinary albumin was detected on a regular basis .After 12 weeks,the rats were separated and observed the change of renal pathology morphology after intraperitoneal anesthesia with 400mg/kg 10%chloral hydrate.Results Comparied with the group of diabetic rats ,the urinary albumin group of Shenkang injection were significantly de-creased,differences are ststistically significant （P〈0.05）.The thickness of glomerular basement membrane of diabetic group was higer than that in control group.While after the treatment of Shenkang injection ,the thickness of glomerular basement membrane was significantly de-creased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Renal injection has obvious curative effect on treatment of diabetic nephropathy .
