微创经皮钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：对Pilon骨折患者的微创经皮钢板内固定（MIPPO）疗效进行观察分析。方法以2010年1月～2014年1月30例发生Pilon骨折患者为研究对象，通过MIPPO法结合患者情况行经皮钢板内固定，并在术后通过12～18个月的随访观察MIPPO法对于Pilon骨折的疗效。结果经Mazur（踝部分级）评价，患者MIPPO术后治疗优良率（EGR）高达90.0％，术后的并发症发生率（CPR）仅有3.3％，且Pilon骨折患者踝关节功能恢复佳。结论正确地选择Pilon骨折治疗时间并采用MIPPO法行内固定的疗效良好、并发症发生少，其在临床上的应用具有较大价值。Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis （MIPPO） for treatment of Pilon fracture. Methods 30 patients who had Pilon fracture from Jan 2010 to Jan 2014 were selected as research objects. Percutaneous plate osteosynthesis was conducted on the patients by MIPPO method. The efficacy of MIPPO for Pilon fracture was observed during 12 to 18 month follow up after the surgery. Results Mazur （ankle） evaluation demonstrated that MIPPO had excellent and good rate （EGR） of 90.0% and complication rate of 3.3% after surgery, and paitents with Pilon fracture had good recovery of ankle joint functions. Conclusion Correct selection of therapeutic timing for Pilon fraction and application of MIPPO for osteosynthesis have excellent efficacy and few complications, which has great value in clinical application.
