摘　　要：为了了解搅拌铸造法制备SiCp/Al复合材料时的各种问题(如何控制颗粒均匀分布,颗粒作用下基体合金的凝固过程等),选用搅拌铸造法制备出了组织均匀、性能良好的复合材料。主要分析了颗粒预处理和搅拌工艺参数对复合材料组织性能的影响,探讨了搅拌铸造方法在SiCp/Al复合材料制备中的应用。In order to understand the various problems of SiCp/Al composite material prepared by stirring casting method（how to control the uniform distribution of the particles, and the solidification process of the matrix alloy under the particles action and so on）, composites with uniform structure and good performance were prepared by using stirring casting method.The effects of parameters of particulate pretreatment and stirring process on microstructure and properties of composites were mainly analyzed. The application of stirring casting method in the preparation of SiCp/Al composite material was discussed.
