摘 要:基于Q690高强钢的焊接工艺,通过SYSWELD对Q690钢MIG对接焊进行了数值模拟,得出了瞬态温度场分布图和特征点的热循环曲线,验证了有限元软件SYSWELD模拟的准确性。在此基础上得到了热影响区的相演变图,证实该焊接工艺是合理的。最后通过计算获得焊后残余应力的分布图,总结相应的残余应力分布规律,为评定和优化焊接工艺提供了理论依据。Based on the experimental welding technology, the numerical simulation was carried out on MIG butt welding process of Q690 high-strength steel by SYSWELD software. Then, the transient temperature field of the weld bead and the temperature cycle curve of feature points were firstly obtained, which can verify the simulation accuracy of the finite element software SYSWELD. Also, the phase transformation of the heat affected zone is achieved, further confirming the rationality of the welding process. Finally, the residual stress distribution is obtained through calculation, which can provide theoretical foundation for the evaluation and optimization of the welding process of Q690 steel.
