摘  要:针对纯钛带冷轧生产过程中起筋缺陷的问题,通过大量的数据采集,对各工序导致冷轧纯钛带起筋缺陷的原因进行了逐一分析,研究得出了纯钛带冷轧起筋缺陷的根源性因素。基于试验与理论分析建立了起筋临界条件的数学模型。该模型表明,起筋轴向力的产生与板形控制有非常重要的关系,屈曲失稳临界应力与带材厚度的四次方成正比,与宽度的平方成反比。同时,轴向应力受前张力、摩擦系数以及宽厚比这三个因素影响最大,在宽厚比不变的前提下,通过适当减小前张力,增大收卷端摩擦力等手段可有效抑制起筋缺陷的发生。Aiming at the ridge buckles defects of the pure titanium cold rolling strip in production process, through a large number of acquired data, causes for the ridge buckles defects of cold rolled pure titanium strip were analyzed one by one. The primary factors of the ridge buckles defects of the cold rolling pure titanium strip were obtained. A critical condition mathematical model of ridge buckles was established based on the test and theoretical analysis. The model shows that the generation of axial force has a very important relationship with the shape controlling. The critical buckling stress is proportional to the biquadratic of the thickness and inversely proportional to the square of the width. Meanwhile, the axial stress is greatly affected by the three factors(former tension, friction coefficient and the ratio of width to thickness). In the premise of constant the ratio of width to thickness, the occurrence of the ridge buckles defects can be effectively restrained by appropriately reducing the former tension, increasing friction of rolling side and other means.
