始兴县2009-2013年医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解始兴县城乡医疗机构消毒质量现状,分析存在的问题,为科学指导消毒工作、预防和控制院内感染提供科学依据。方法收集2009-2013年按照统一的技术方案对医疗机构进行消毒质量监测的数据,并用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2009-2013共检测样品5 059份,合格4 057份,合格率为80.19%,5年的合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=55.32,P<0.01)。县、镇、村三级医疗机构的消毒质量监测总的合格率依次为92.88%、86.07%、73.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=190.85,P<0.01),尤其是村卫生站的消毒质量合格率很低。监测项目中,以使用中消毒液的合格率89.98%为最高,其次物体表面87.84%。医务人员手合格率为72.78%,空气中细菌含量的合格率最低(66.51%)。结论始兴县近年医疗机构消毒质量逐年提高,但仍存在较大问题,以村卫生机构最为突出。Objective To understand the status of disinfection quality of medical institutions in urban and rural areas in Shixing,and analyze the existing problems to provide scientific basis for the guidance of disinfection,prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods Disinfection quality monitoring data of medical institutions were collected from2009 to 2013 based on unified method.SPSS11.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results 2009-2013 total of 5 059 samples were analyzed; 4 057 were qualified,with a pass rate of 80.19%; there was significant differences in the passing rates among these 5 years（χ2=55.32,P〈0.01）. The disinfection quality passing rates of county,town and village were 92.88%,86.07%,73.60%,respectively,showing significant differences（χ2=190.85,P〈0.01）.The disinfection quality passing rate of village health stations was very low.Among the monitoring items,the passing rate of disinfectant was the highest,89.98%,followed by the object surface 87.84%,hands of medical personnel 72.78%,and the bacterial content in the air was the lowest,only 66.51%.The qualified rate differences among the various monitoring items were statistically significant（χ2=300.64,P〈0.01）. Conclusions The situation of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Shixing county urban and rural conclusion is not optimistic.It should be continue to strengthen the supervision and administration of medical institutions,and arouse the awareness of disinfection of medical personnel at all levels.
